Forging Successful Partnerships

For many businesses, engaging with a Tier 1 contractor enables them to achieve a turnkey solution for multi faceted projects whilst retaining the simplicity of managing one core supplier relationship. This approach ensures a seamless approach for clients but is also beneficial for SMEs who can secure work on significant projects through a Tier 1 contractor.

Depending on the scope of the project, Hi West will partner with SMEs across disciplines as diverse as modular construction, security, cleaning, food and beverage and healthcare to deliver a seamless experience for our clients.

It’s vital for us that we work with like minded businesses - those that hold the same values as we do, who actually care about the service they provide and the teams who make those projects a success. We look to our partners to ensure their vision is aligned with ours, whether that is with regards to how they support their team members, or their commitment to a sustainable future.

We are committed to considering social value and always look to local suppliers to ensure employment, training and economic benefits remain within local communities whenever possible. Partnering with local education providers also allows us to support apprenticeship schemes which play a huge role in upskilling people and providing them with relevant training and work opportunities.

Thanks in part to our ability to offer a full end-to-end service, we can provide assistance every step of the way from the design and construction stage, all the way to removal. Through our dedicated modular construction partners we can propose flexible solutions that take into consideration the many variables in play during the planning phase.  Site buildings can be upscaled and downscaled in line with the project’s requirements and at the end of the project’s life cycle, we are able to assist in the repurposing or removal of the site accommodation if needed.

If you would like to find out more about how we could collaborate, do get in touch with us to discuss your project requirements.
