Appointment of Town House Operations Manager

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Anca Leru to the newly created role of Town House Operations Manager.

With extensive experience in hospitality, Anca has worked with leading brands including Novotel and Hilton before taking up the role of Front Office Operations Manager at the HOST Hinkley Campus in Somerset in 2018.

Taking on the responsibility for recruiting and training the reception team ahead of the campus’ launch, Anca’s role also included working closely with other departments to ensure the campus delivered maximum revenue whilst maintaining excellent customer service.

In 2021 Anca was promoted to Operations Manager for both the Hinkley and Sedgemoor Campuses. With increased responsibility for 1500 rooms, she was responsible for conducting regular audits to ensure company standards were being upheld in relation to health, safety, asset preservation and customer service.

Anca was also tasked with effectively managing a team of duty managers to ensure they performed to their highest potential.

Tim Jones, CEO said: “Anca is a great asset to our business and fully embraces Hi West’s mission, culture and values, motivating those around her to do the same. As we continue to acquire more properties to our Town Houses group, Anca experience and enthusiasm will be beneficial to our internal teams as well as our guests.”

Anca Leru, Town House Operations Manager added: “I’m delighted to be joining the Town Houses team at such an exciting time. I’m looking forward to contributing to the success of this growing group of exceptional properties.”
